Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: (a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works. (b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of R.C.C Building construction with Pile work of minimum Tk 3.36 (Three point three six) Crore in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk. 38.45 (Thirty eight point four five) Crore during last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of AACT. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 9.60 (Nine point six) Crore. Letter of Commitment of Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 3.55 (Three point five five) Crore. (f) The Tenderer must possess: Up-to-Date- Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, PWD Enlistment Paper, Document of Financial Solvency. (g)Tenderer’s having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) per cent above or below the official estimated cost shall be rejected.
