1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be3 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 3 years,with a value of at least Tk.600000/= . ( Financial year 14-15 to 18-19) and successfully completed Building Construction work. The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by anofficer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order &completion certificate must be enclosed).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 900000/=
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 900000/= Total Tk.4500000, over the last 5 (Five) years.( Financial year 14-15 to 18-19)
5. Upto date income tax clearance certificate
6. Upto date trade license
7. National ID card
8. Vat registration certificate
9. The contractors who have not completed or started their work/works within schedule stipulated time without any acceptable reason, they will not to be considered in evaluation at this tender notice.
10.The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tenderer's Total Quoted Price (After overall arithmetic correction,modification or Discount which
is applicable)
