Tenderer Should have fufilled below criteria,otherwise disqualified,-
1. Valid e-TIN certificate.
2. Tenderer have Upto date VAT,Income Tax, Trade License Crtificate.
3. Valid Import License or authorization letter from valid Importer.
4. The tenderer either importer must have Supply experience of same product.
5. The tenderer either importer must have ABC License.
6. The tenderer either importer must have Manufacturer Authorization.
7. Tenderer submit written commitments letter in his offical pad regarding supply the equipment according to the specification mentioned in the tender document.
8. Bank solvency certificte.
9. Tenderer has to supply the goods within 30 days and give a commencement letter in his/their Pad regarding this.
