a) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(I) General experience of supply of similar Goods and related services in last 03 (Three) years in any government organization.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 1 (one) Lakh under 02 (Two) contracts in the last 03(three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Up-to-date Valid Trade License.
(IV) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 1 (one) Lakh issued after June, 2019
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(VI) e-BIN Registration Certificate.
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal ] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Sunamganj District Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
