1. All the tenderers must be registered with e-GP portal through CPTU.

4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
5. The site of Re-excavation works is not acquired land of BWDB. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this connection.
6. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
7. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
8. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature (Re-sectioning/Construction of embankment) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lac). (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp website/newspaper).

 

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.

(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature (Re-sectioning/Construction of embankment) complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12,00,000.00 (Twelve Lac). (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp website/newspaper).

 

(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1,40,00,000.00 (One crore forty lac) over the last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp website/newspaper)

(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 32,00,000.00 (Thirty two lac).
Note: The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications).
(c) Satisfactory resolution of all claims, arbitrations or other litigation cases and shall not have serious negative impact on the financial capacity of Tenderer.

 

(a) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 27,00,000.00 (Twenty Seven lac) over the last 5 (Five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp website/newspaper)

(b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 6,00,000.00 (Six lac).
Note: The tenderer shall be submitted liquid asset by bank credit facilities as STD prescribed form is provided in Section 7 (General Specifications).
(c) Satisfactory resolution of all claims, arbitrations or other litigation cases and shall not have serious negative impact on the financial capacity of Tenderer.

 

(d) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: 70,00,000.00 (Seventy lac).
