a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Minimum 03 (three) years general experience within last 05 (five) years of supply of similar Goods and related services in any government organization;
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 8.00 lakh under 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(III) Certificate of Bank solvency/Liquid Assets Value of Tk. 2.5 lakh issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Mashur Dal (Mota)] must be submitted to in three transparent containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time
