The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: (a) Valid Trade License. (b) Articles of incorporation or Registration of Firm. (c) Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate. (d) Latest VAT Clearance Certificate. (e) Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer. (f) The legal capacity shall be confirmed by a power of attorney. (g) Necessary supporting documents submitted with the tender. (h) Details breakdown of the unit rates or prices quoted by the Tenderer should be submitted with the Tender (Specific BWDB Rate Analysis Template enclosed in Section-08). (i) Nationality, Power of attorney (In case of JVCA) & Business address, Declaration about legal capacity to enter in to the contract & Litigation history if any. (j) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel. (k) Others (To be completed by the Employer if required). Special Instruction: 1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/issuance of work order. 2) Work order will be issued after obtaining budget allocation & prior approval from the competent authority of BWDB. 3) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained. 4) Continuation of work could not be hampered by the bidder showing the cause of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2008. 5) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
