Eligibility of Tenderer :	Eligibility of Tenderer : a) Required Contractors/Construction firm who have Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works. b) A satisfactory completion certificate of similar works( in PPR Format) of installation of Reverse Osmosis Based water treatment Plant from underground water source at least Tk 8.00 Lakh under 01 contract over a period of last 5 years shall be required. c) i) In case of work done under any Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies/Government Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District d) The temderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 80.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years Payment certificate. e) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 11.00 Lakh Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW2a-3 of Tender document. (Bank Certificate/Transaction statement in this regard should be issued not more than 14 days before the date of submission of the Tender. f) Valid up to date VAT registration certificate and up to date Income tax certificate. g) up to date Trade License. h) The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC licensefrom Electricity Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh. i) Other Conditions as per Tender Documents. j) Quoted tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. k) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 9.00 Lakh
