Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer who are registered with e-GP system can submit the tender fulfilling the following criteria- Contractor shall have a) Valid trade license, authorization letter( if necessary), VAT certificate and Â up to date TIN certificate. b) A satisfactory completion of similar work experience [Repair of Labour Shed]Â at least Tk.Tk 2.5( Two lac fifty thousand)Â under a single contract over a period of last 5(five) years]. Years will be counted backwards from the date of publication of IFT(Invitation for Tender) in the e-GP web portal. c)The average annual construction turnover Â shall be greater than Tk.Tk 3.5(Â Three lac fifty thousandÂ ) over Â the last 5(five) years. Years will be counted backwards from the date of publication of IFT(Invitation for Tender) in the e-GP web portal. (Only for work payment certificate should be considered). d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities(unconditional) of the tender shall be Tk. Tk 2.5( Two lac fifty thousand.)
