1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works or similar works shall be 3 (three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience in construction works & similar works of at least 2 (two) no. of exact similar works and related services successfully completed within last 3(three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 10 Lac only. (The issuing officer of the supporting documents must have the rank of Executive Engineer or above). 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 10 Lac only over the last 3(three) years (Supported by Bank Statements). 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15 (fifteen) Lac. 5. All safety & security measures for the helpers, labors & equipments should be ensured by the contractor. If any accident occurs during the work, the contractor should bear all the responsibilities. And, Any other condition mentioned TDS or PCC. 6. Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents: a. Up to Date Trade License. b. VAT registration Certificate. c. Up to date TIN Certificate.
