Only eligible tenderers with the following key qualifications may participate in this tender. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderers in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor of managagement contractor shall be 03 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in construction works of at last 04 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 years each with a value of at least Tk.14,00,000.00 (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.9,00,000.00 over the period may be best 05(five) years in the last 10(ten) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.7,00,000.00 (e) The Bank Certificate/Statement of the liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer should be issued within the date of publish of tender notice and the last date of submission the tender (f) Bill of work will be made as per fund available only.
