(a) General Experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for minimum 05 (Five) years. (b) Specific Experience : Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of Building construction works of Government / Semi Government / Autonomous Organization in Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK 150.00 Lacs (One crore and fifty lac), in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The Tenderers average annual construction turn over shall be greater than amounting TK. 150.00 Lacs (One crore and fifty lac).This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progressd or work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 75.00 Lacs (Seventy five lacs), Document (Original Copy Only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose (Form PW2a-3). (e) Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below of the official estimated cost of the proposed works, shall be rejected. If the quoted price is same among the tenderers then evaluation process will be maintained according to the ITT Clause 44.2 (f) Up to date Terms & Conditions as stated in PPR 2008 and PPA 2006 will be followed.
