Eligibility of Tenderer :	Qualifications: i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 05 years. ii) The minimum specific experience in construction works (Repair, Renovation & Retrofitting) under public sector of at least 01(one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. = 330,00000.00 (Three crore thirty lakh) only. iii) Tenderer must submitted work completed certificate(s) issued by the relevant PE shall be furnished with e-GP NOA copy & e-GP Tender ID or Manual work order & payment certificates, Otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive. iv) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. = 650,00000.00 (Six crore fifty lakh) only over the last 05 years. v) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. = 120,00000.00 (One crore twenty lakh) only. Special Instruction: Tenderer should have Updated Trade license, ABC license, BIN & VAT certificate, Income Tax Certificate (2019-2020) & TIN number etc.
