Eligibility of Tenderer :

01. A satisfactory completion of similar works under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous organization of at least taka three lac (3,00,000/-) only under single of contract over a period of four (04) years shall be required. Tenderer must submit a satisfactory Performance Certificate against completed works.
02. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka six lac (6,00,000/-) over the last three (03) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka three lac (3,00,000/-) only, which shall be supported by bank statement or bank certificate. The bank statement/certificate will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal.
04. The Tenderers whose trade license valid for DPDC area, only they are eligible to submit bids for this tender.

05. Tenderer must submit a list of on-going works. and must submit a separate declaration about Tender Capacity.
06. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
