(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least in a single contract(s) of similar nature (RCC Wash Block or similar construction), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP portal each with a value of at least BDT Tk. 1,25,00,000/- (One Crore Twenty Five Thousand) only.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 1,50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty lac) only. over the last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
(4 The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90,00,000/- (Ninety Lac)
(5) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk 1, 50,00,000/- (One Crore Fifty Lac)
(6) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: 1. Valid Trade Licence. 2. VAT Registration. 3. Updated TIN Certificate. 4. Detailed Work Plan with time schedule
