Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	A) Reputed contractors/construction firms/Organization/Authorized agent who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in the works/supply of Electrical Goods and related services. (B) Satisfactory completion of supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of similar works and related services worth not less than Tk. 70.00 ( Seventy) Lakh only in a single work order in government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (i) Having experience in completion of supplying and installation of 1 (one) 250 KVA electrical substation equipment in a single work order during last 5(five) years (ii) Having experience in completion of supplying and installation of 1 (one) 100 KVA generator in a single work order during last 5(five) years (C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh. (D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets ie working capital/credit facilities/creditline of the tenderer shall be TK. 70.00 (Seventy) Lakh only in the form of PW2a-5 only, against the name of the work. Bank certificate should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. (E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate. (F) Up-to dated ABC category contractory & Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. (G) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2 and Section-4 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
