• Only Local Manufacturers, who have Industrial License of producing uPVC materials and have minimum 8 (Eight) years general experience in the supply of same goods and related services will be eligible for this tender.
• The minimum supply value of 250 mm nominal diameter uPVC pipes and fittings under a single contract in the last 8 (Eight) years is Tk. 120.00 (One hundred Twenty) lakhs. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. 150.00 (One hundred Fifty) lakhs.
• ISO 9001:2015 Certificate in favour of the manufacturer of goods is required.
• The Tenderer must have the up to date trade license, income tax and VAT registration certificate.
• The Tenderer must have all the required papers and documents to proof their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
• Tenderer who supplied goods in any office of BADC and did not correct the defects in time within the defects liability period are not eligible to participate the tender.
• Any fraudulent practice will liable to debarment of the tenderer.

The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 120.00 (One hundred Twenty) Lakhs under maximum single contract in the last 5 (Five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. Similar goods means supply of 250 mm nominal diameter uPVC pipes & fittings in any government or semi-government or Autonomus organization. The certificates should be issued by an officer not bellow the rank of Executive grade. The certificate must contain the name of the officer, address, telephone number and email address..

a. 1,00,000 meter of upvc pipes per year;
