Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:

1) Renewed Trade Licence upto last financial year.
2) Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate
3) VAT Registration Certificate
4) ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
5) 1st class Enlistment Certificate renewed upto last financial year from BPDB.
6) A list of works/contract in hand.
7) A list of transport/vehicle owned by the tenderer.
8) A list of Tools and machineries required for the construction/renovation of Distribution lines.
9) Address and lay-out of the office of the firm.
10) Educational certificates for each proprietor, partner, director, managerial, & technical person up to the level of diploma engineer attested by an officer not below the rank of Sub-divisional engineer;
11) Safety and security plan for execution of the work.
12) Annual Financial Report duly audited by a recognized firm
13) Bank solvency & liquid asset certificate must be attached.
14) If quoted price of the tenderer varies 10% above or below from estimated price on the basis of BPDB rate schedule (2014) the tenderer should give analysis.       Otherwise tender will not considered.
