a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web portal and fulfil the qualification criteria stated in the tender document. b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfil the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions of the Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM). c) "Detail Breakdown of the Unit Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender". ( BWDB template attached with the tender document). d) The Provisions laid down in the " Public Procurement Regulation 2008 " (Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors. e) The work may be totally dropped, Quantity may be increased or decreased; No claim or extra rate will be entertained against cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. f) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim of extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
