All tenderer of Bangladesh who fulfill the qualification criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and Tender Document Special Instruction: • The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work. • The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works. • Detail Breakdown of the Unit Rates or Prices quoted by the tenderer should be submitted with the tender in BWDB Template according to ITT Clause 14(i) which should be considered in Tender Evaluation. • Tenderers must submit all requisite documents (including detail breakdown of the unit rates of the BOQ items) mentioned in tender data sheet. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected. • BWDB Template has been attached in section 7 (General Specification). • For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificate following the standard format (Form PW2a-3) without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered. Form PW2a-3 has been attached in Section 7(General Specification). • For free funds/liquid assets as Cash the tenderer should submit last six month bank statement and during whole period (last six month) there must have minimum balance amount as stated in TDS. Otherwise the submitted bank statement or other certificate will not be treated as liquid asset Note:Bank will up date the payment transactions only at the end of the day, so th e tenderers should make sure the securities and other payments are made at least one day before the submission date.
