Eligibility of Tenderer :	The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 10 (ten) years. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor any RCC construction works of at 1(one) number contract successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 2.00 (two) lac in Govt./SemiGovt./Autonomous organization. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 20.00 (twenty ) lac over the last 5 (five) financial years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 (four) lac. The minimum tender capacity shall be 3.00 (three) lacTenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration and Income TAX certificate.
