Eligibility of Tenderer :	The Tenderer, who is enlisted with e-GP system portal, can submit the Tender fulfilling the following eligibility criteria: The Tenderer shall have: a) Up-to-date Valid Trade license, Vat and IT Certificate. b) Minimum Liquid Asset of Tk.8.00 Lakh. c) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 8.00 Lakh under a single contract over a period of last 5 years shall be required. d) Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 10.00 Lakh over the last five 5 years. AND If the "Percentage of Less" offered by the Tenderers is more than 15% of the approved Engineer's Estimate, the tender shall not be recommended for approval.
