Eligibility of Tenderer :
The Contractor/Suppliers/Dealer/Authorized Distributor should have At least office equipment supply experience. Substation equipment tools and materials supply experience shall get priority. The others are stated in Tender Data Sheet. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Number (BIN Number).
If the bidder is other than Dealer/Authorized Distributor he should submit with the tender the details of his purchasing process otherwise he must provide a document from the Dealer/Authorized Distributor so that the contractor/Suppliers is getting consent from the Dealer/Authorized Distributor to provide the Goods.
Reminded that, the items must be supplied from the Dealer/Authorized Distributor from where it is provided consent Letter.
Remember necessary amount of Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as Income Tax Will be Duducted at source (From the billing amount). VAT will not be deducted in case provided submitting Treasury Challan only (Not the VAT Challan).
