Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following documents:

1. Upto date Trade License.
2. Upto date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
3. Upto date VAT Registration Certificate.

The tenderer shall have to submit the following information clearly about Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix for different aspects as follows :

1. Total Number of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's Organization during last 5 years.

2. Total Value of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's Organization during last 5 years.

3. Total Value of On-going works and current commitment under all PE's Organization as shown in Tender Capacity Formula.
