1. The Tenderer must have a Valid Trade License 2. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate 3. VAT Registration Certificate 4. Bank solvency certificate that clearly mentions latest balance which meets PE’s requirements described in the TDS and in case of credit facilities, The Bank authority has to certify how much credit facilities been approved against that particular company in this fiscal year and their present status on that which has to comply with PE’s requirements. 5. Minimum 3(three) years of overall experience in Repairing of office Furniture. (NOA, Work Orders are not acceptable as overall experience). 6. Minimum 03 (three) years of specific experience in supplying of similar goods and related services. (NOA, Work Orders are not acceptable as specific experience but only successful completion certificate from a genuine authority clearly showing the specific experience in supplying similar goods and providing related services and also the time and amount of work done. (years counting backwards from the date of tender submission). 7. Other criteria mentioned in the TDS.
