Location & Position of TW depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
j. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately accroding to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification. k. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
