Eligibility of Tenderer :	1.Eligibility of Tenders in respect of legal,technical and financial capacity stated in tender data sheet(TDS). 2.As per consent of CPTU,the tenders shall be evaluated in e-GP system with the help of database system -TMDS. 3.Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates,on going work list,payment certificates for construction turnover ,equipments list(own and rented),Personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-Gp Tenders must be provided in PDF file.So that TEC can evaluate the tenderer digitally within short period of time. 4.It is mandatory to individually upload the CMS system completion certificates .If work done certificate is uploaded it shall have contract number of every contract.It shall be in PDF file. 5.Only work in going during the IFT publication will considered as on going work.Otherwise the work will be not be considered as on going work and it is rquired to upload the contract agreements or notice to commence.Noa and money received will not be considered as on going work. In case of extend time,related documents must be uploaded. 6.Up to date terms and conditions as stated In PPR 2008 and PPR 2006 will be follow. NB:1.The tender shall maintain heigth ethics in providing information regarding the tender . 2.If corrupt,fraudulent,collusive,coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer.then measures shall be taken according to PPR 2008 and PPR 2006.
