| Eligibility of Consultant

The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents: Tenderer must have:
a) Five (05) years of general electrical work experience.
b) Experience of at least 01 (one) contract of minimum 1350/1400 kg lift supply and installation completed within the last five (05) years, i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System; with a value of at least Tk. 180.00 lac under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ private organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. Without satisfactory completion of certificates attached along this tender by bidder, is considered as Non-responsive.
c) Minimum supply capacity of lift not less than tender amount per year.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of Tk. 170.00 Lac.
e) The Tenderer must Submit -i) Up to date valid Trade License. ii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance certificate .iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate. iv) Up to date valid ABC Category Electrical Contractor and Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board,
f) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT,GCC,& Tender DataSheet(TDS) & Tender Documents.
