Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a. The tenderer (/firm) shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in building repair/construction. b. The tenderer (/firm) must have experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Work of Same Nature & Complexity amounting of Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 3 (three) years. c. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 16.00 (Sixteen), Lac, over the last 3 (three) years. d. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderers shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen)) Lac. e. The tenderer (/firm) shall have an Up-to-date Trade License, TIN Certificate & VAT Certificate. e. Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
