Eligibility of Tenderer :	1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 [Three] years. 2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction of 33/11/0.4/0.23 KV Electrical Distribution Line under a single contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 19 (Nineteen) Lakh. 3) The bidder shall have at least 01 (one) Trained Line Construction Supervisor & 02 (Two) Trained Lineman with experience of climbing SPC/Wooden Pole (without Ladder). Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal. 4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 37 (Thirty Seven) Lakh over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years. 5)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.7 (Seven) Lakh. 6) Other requirement including Tools/Equipment are described in the Tender Document. Brief Description of Works :	Brief Description of the Works: Construction/Conversion of 11/6.35KV and 400/230V of 3phase/1phase line including installation of all line equipment(s) i.e. Distribution Transformers, Voltage Regulators, OCR/ACR, Disconnecting Switches, Lightning Arresters, Cradle Guard, Spacer Cable, Submarine Cable and etc. in all the geographical areas of the B.Baria PBS. The standard specification (PBS instruction 100-28/100-28SC/100-45) or its revision shall form a integral part of the contract and the copy may be inspected in the office of the Consultant or in the office of the Director, System Egg. & Design, REB, Joarshara, Dhaka, Or in the office of the respective Director/ SE (Project), REB.
