A) The reputed bidders shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in similar works

B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of work worth not less than Tk.3.25 Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years

C)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 Lakh over the 5(Five) last years

D) TK. 5.00 Lakh only minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by Audit Reports or credit line(s), substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW2a-3),without alteration, issued for this Contract as stated under ITT Sub Clause 10.1(b);

E) The minimum capacity shall be Tk.3.75 Lakh

F) Up-to date Trade License,  Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate(13 digit).
