Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) General experience :- Reputed Contractors/ Construction Firms who have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in Construction Works from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP. (b) Specific experience:- A satisfactory completion of similar RCC construction work with similar complexity of at least Tk 5.00 (five) Lac under 01 (One) no. of contract(s) over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required. (c) Minimum average annual construction turn over :- The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 36.00 (thirty six) Lac over the last 03 (Three) years. (d) Tender capacity: - The minimum capacity shall be: 7 (seven) Lac. (e) Liquid asset requirement: - The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10.00 (ten) Lac. (f) All other qualification criteria will be as per TDS and ITT included in this tender
