Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) Contractors/firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works. b) The minimum specific experience as prime contractor in construction works of at least single contract of similar nature amounting to Tk 1.5 lac only as prescribed in Form. c) In case of the work done under PWD the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. d) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies/Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. e) Tenderer must have up to date Income - Tax clearance certificate from the Concern Office. f) Required Annual Average Construction turnover shall be Tk 15 lac over the last 5 (five) years. It may be verified by the concern office. g) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate form the Concern Office. h) Tenderer must have up to date Trade License. i) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2 lac only . The Credit Commitment certificate must be within 28 (Twenty eight) days from the date of submission of tender. j) Terms and conditions as stated in PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 with all amendments will be applicable for eligible criteria.
