a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years.

b) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of 03 (Three) Nos. contracts of Construction of RCC Jetty/ RCC Bridge (Over the river)/ RCC Pavement/ RCC Road/ RCC Open Yard/ RCC Parking Yard (Heavy type) with related works successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, which completion certificates total value of at least Tk. 6000.00 Lakh.
(c) The minimum construction turnover in the last 05 (five) years is not less than Tk. 37000.00 Lakh. (Note: Bidders are requested to prepare and submit year wise summery in connection with the turnover including last 05(five) years Audit Report).
(d) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 1700.00 Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW3-7 of tender and contract forms.

e) Key personal along with their qualification and experience.

f) Major items of Construction equipment’s.

g) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below of the official cost estimate, the tender shall be rejected.

h) Tender shall be evaluated as per PPR-2008 amendment act, September 2018.

i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS). If any submitted document found inappropriate bidder will be disqualified during post qualification.
