Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	i) Only e-GP registered Tenderer may be participate in this tender. ii) Only eligible tenderers with the qualifications (as described in the TDS & PCC) may be participate in this tender -No Subcontractor is allowed to engage to implement the whole or part of the scheme - Incase of earth work and protective work in the scheme are to be implemented first. Without fully imlementing this works, the pavement work shall not be allowed to start. No payment will be given for protective work without earth work. Payment of the workdone earth work will be given with the final bill. -The bill of the civil work will be paid with respect to satisfied result of Lab Test for eash layer. -Incase the Equipment are provided by the Department on rental basis, the hire charge of the equipment will be deducted from the bill of the work done at the rates shown in the LGED Rate Schedule. - Incase of multiple numbers of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/contractual commitments (A sample Formet attached & uploaded in particular specifications)
