(b)A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 31,27,000 ( TAKA Thirty one Lac Twenty Seven Thousand Only) Under summation of Maximum 1 (One) numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55,60,000.00 (TAKA Fifty Five Lac Sixty Thousand Only) over the last 5 (Five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lac Only).
