a) Reputed bonafied Firm/Organization/Manufacturer/Authorized agent having minimum 10 (Ten)years of general experience in Electrical Works. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
b) Having experience in successfully completion of 01(One) No. Similar nature of electrification work amounting not less than Tk. 45.00 lakh (Forty Five Lakh) in a single Tender during last five years [The years counting backward from the date of invitation of this tender (IFT)] under any Government/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies as shown in special terms & conditions of tender documents & as stated in Tender Data Sheet(TDS)
c) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date(2019-20) Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT/ BIN registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
d)The Tenderer shall have a minimum Average Annual Turn-over in the last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 170.00 lakh (One Hundred Seventy Lakh) only which will be supported by the certificate of NBR/Deputy Commissioner of Taxes/The offices (Government/Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies) under which the Tenderer has completed works. (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
e)The minimum amount of Letter of Credit Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (as per Form ePW2a-3) of Tender and Contract Forms must be submitted for this purpose of the successful Tenderer shall not be less than Tk. 65.00 lakh (Sixty Five Lakh) . The supporting Bank document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of this Tender.
f) Other Necessary document, terms and conditions are specified in ITT Clause 9.1 and 14 of TDS.
