As Per Tender Data Sheet

The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 200000000.00 (Twenty Crore only) over the last 05 (Five) years.

NOTE:
1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website.
2. Payment received Certificates for construction works, issued by relevant
Procuring Entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover.
3. Tenderers shall submit their information as per Form PW3A-2.1: Turnover
Information form (Attached to Section 8) and attach relevant certificate issued
by the Procuring Entity(ies).

The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital, or Unconditional Credit Line, or credit facilities or bank balance shall be Tk. 57500000.00 (Five Crore Seventy Five Lakh only)

Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitements, in case, participation is more thanb one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity(ies)

NOTE:
Tenderers shall submit the liquid asset in one or combination of more than one of the following four options: In case of joint venture, lead and individual partners must submit liquid asset individually.

• 1. Working capital: Authenticated by Audit Report not earlier than FY 2018-19.

• 2. Credit line: Authenticated by any scheduled bank shall be furnished unconditional credit line without alteration in accordance with the format as specified in the Form PW3-7 ( Attached to section 8).

3. Credit facilities: Authenticated by credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract.

• 4. Bank Balance: Authenticated by bank statement with day-end closing balance from any scheduled bank issued not earlier than 28 days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this Contract
