(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk. 45,00,000.00 ( Forty Five Lac Only ) Under Maximum 4 (Four) numbers of contracts over a period of last 10 (Ten) years shall be required. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 27,00,000.00 ( Twenty Seven Lac Only) best (Five) years over the last 10 (Ten) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset ie banking instrument or working capital or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 23,00,000.00 ( Twenty Three Lac Only).
