1.Tenderer must be registered in a e-GP system to participate.

2. All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Date Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.

3.Tenderer shall have to submit detailed rate analysis in support of their quoted rate. The analysis will be considered by TEC for evaluation purposes and will be compared with present market price.

4. If the quoted amount of the tenderer is more than 15% (fifteen percent) less of the official cost estimate, the corresponding tender shall not be considered for evaluation for assuring quality of work.

Repair work of road pavement by providing Repair of potholes, Aggregate base type-II, Carpeting & seal coat work from chainage 3+000 (p) km to 5+000 (p) km, 6+500 (p) to 7+000 (p) km & 11+500 (p) to 12+000 (p) km of Jamalpur - Kalibari - Sarishabari (Z-4025) road under Jamalpur Road Division during the year 2015-2016.
