Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in the supply and installing similar types of goods. b) The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 03 (Three) numbers of contract/s of similar equipments and services within last 3 (Three) years. Among them there should be Minimum 1 (one) completion certificate amounting taka 200 Lacs (Two Hundred Lacs) under Govt./semi-govt./Autonomous bodies/Corporate company. c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Taka 200 (Two Hundred) Lacs . d) An average annual turnover amounting Taka 300 (Three Hundred) Lacs supported by audit report for last 3 years. e) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: (i) In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Firm; (ii) Valid Trade License for FY 2019- 2020; (iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2018-19 with TIN Number; (iv) VAT Registration Certificate; (v) Premier certificate or equivalent partner certificate (vi) Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorization letter from the OEM. (vii) Bank solvency certificate on a date within selling bid document to dropping date; (viii) Original letter naming the person authorised to sign on behalf of the Tenderer; (ix) Experience Certificate and work order from any organization as specified in ITT clause 15.1(a); (x) Catalogue/Brochures must be submitted as applicable; (xi) any other documents as specified in Technical Specification
