Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakhs under 01 (One) number of contract over a period of 05 (Five) years from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required. 2. Experience in Civil construction /Re-construction/Repair/Re-building/ Renovation/ Rehabilitation works under any Government/ Autonomous / Semi autonomous/ Directorate/ Corporate organization against a completed contract will be treated as experience in similar works. 3. Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakhs over the last 05 (Five) years. 4. Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities, net of other contractual commitments of the Tenderer shall be Tk 05.00(Five) lakhs.
