Eligibility of Tenderer :

The tenderer shall submit :

(a) Valid trade license,VAT registration certificate and 12 digit e-TIN certificate.

(b) A satisfactory similar Supply exprience of SF6 Gas at any 132/33KV or above voltage grid substation valuing minimum BDT 3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh) only in a single work order within last 5(Five) years have to submit.

(c) Furnish a tender security BDT 12,000.00(TwelveThousand ) only in favour of " Power Grid Company Of Bangladesh (PGCB) Ltd." in the form of pay order or bank draft.

(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets is BDT 4,00,000.00 (Four lakh) Only.

(e) Product Brand along with country of origin has to be mention clearly in the tender. Product of USA/EU shall be preferable.

(f) Product must supply from ready stock.

(g) If eligible supplier are not available any condition may relax.
