1. All registered tenderer in E-GP system. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) (BC Road) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed not before FY: 2010-11 each a value of at least Tk.160.00 lakh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than last five (05) years Tk 325.00 lakh (not before FY:2010-11 ). 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 65.00 lakh only. 5. Incase of above and unbalanced less quoted rate for all item or any specific item, rate analysis should be submitted. Otherwise tender may be reject. 6. If any tenderer qualify more than one contract, cumulative experience criteria and financial criteria will be apply to select lowest tenderer. 7. In case of multiple number of contractual commitments, a written testimony by the tenderer that demonstrates that the tenderer have resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts/ contractual commitments
8. Black stone should be use in case of all RCC work ; Steel shutter must be used in all RCC work & Boring for cast-in-situ pile by using percussion drilling and Hydrolic rotary method. 9. LS item of BOQ will be fixed, amount of LS item will be mention at the item specification.
10. Salvage materials Cost Tk, 3,67,584.00 will be deducted of contractor bill.
