Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. Reputed Contactors/Construction firms with general experience in Civil works for min. 5 (Five) years. 2. Successfully completed at least 1 (One) construction work under any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous Body of Bangladesh during last 3 (Three) years (counted from the date of IFT) amounting at least Tk. 1.10 (One point One zero) lac of similar nature of Sub-soil investigation works. 3.Tenderer must be short Listed Firm of P.W.D. Circular as Reference No. #Disa-2/862 dt. 21-04-2019 4. For works done under PWD, the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. For works done under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Body the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer & the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 5. Min. avg. annual construction turnover of TK 95.00 (Ninety Five) lacs supported by payment certificates during last Five years. 6. Minimum Liquid assets/credit facility of Tk. 1.50 (One point five Zero) Lac Adequacy of minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format (in tender document), without any alteration, issued not earlier than twenty-eight days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. 7. Minimum Tender Capacity of 1.20 (One point Two Zero) lac. 8. The Tenderer must enclose with tender valid VAT Registration certificate, TIN/Tax Clearance certificate & uptodate Trade License. 9. Evaluation will be conducted according to the latest PPR rules and its amendments and Tenderers are expected to submit their rates/documents accordingly. 10. Contractor must maintain pro-rata progress of work as mentioned in Section 8. Failure to do so may result in termination of contract.
