Eligibility of Tenderer :	This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderer's as mentioned below:- a) The intending tenderers must enclosed VAT Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate, up-to-date Trade License and Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (five) years. c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply and installation of similar goods of at least 01 (one) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk. 30.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/Private Organization of Bangladesh. d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PG3-8 in original form) of Tk. 30.00 Lac. Others formats/documents are not acceptable. e) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying & authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the work done under any Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & e-PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
