1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5 [five] years.

2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 85.0 [Eighty five ] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 5[five] years shall be required. Work completion certificate from Government/semi-Government/Autonomous organizations must be submitted.

3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 70.0 [seventy point zero ] lac over the last 5 [five] years.Submitted [70.0 *5 lac*=350.0 lac]. Recent up to date Bank statement/work completion certificate/Audit reports must be submitted.

4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities (Unconditional) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50.0 [fifty point zero ] lac . Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance/Unconditional credit facilities.
