TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
NOTE:
1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.
2. The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactorily under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. Tenderer shall attach relevant certificate issued by concerned PE.

The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Taka Eighty Lakh).

NOTE:
1. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website.
2. Tenderers shall attach relevant certificate issued by the Procuring Entity(ies).

TDS/PDS--C. Qualification Criteria--

The minimum capacity shall be:80,00,000.00 (Fifty Eighty Lakh)
The following formulae shall be used to calculate the Tender Capacity
Assessed Tender Capacity = (A*N*1.5-B)

N= Completion time of the proposed work in years
B= Value of Existing commitments and works to be completed during the next N Years

Note 1: In case the value of N is less than 12 (twelve) months the value of N shall be considered as 01 (one)
Note 2: In case of JV tender capacity requirement for leading partner shall be minimum 40% and for other partners shall be minimum 25%.
