a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfil the qualification criteria stated in the tender document. b) No Work, No Pay Policy will be followed. c) The Contractor must pay to the unskilled Labour Tk 300.00 (Three Hundred) per day on a monthly basis. d) The contractor will submit a payment statement to the PE at the end of each month. e) Monthly payment to the labour must be done by the contractor within the 1st week of next month. f) If the contractor fails to make payment to the labour within 1st week of next month, the liquidity damage may be applied. g) Payment to the contractor will be made by the PE on the availability of fund and budget allocation. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment. h) The Contractor shall not take any deposit or Security Money from unskilled labour. If there is any complaint against the contractor related with deposit/Security Money the contact will be cancelled. i) This service is fully temporary basis and will not be absorbed to regular service. j) The contractor must quote considering the expense for IT, VAT, Overhead Profit and other unseen expenditure relating to the supply of manpower, No extra claim regarding these will be entertained. k) If the quoted amount by tenderer more than the 10% above or less than the 10% below than the official estimated cost, the submitted tender will be treated as non-responsive.
l) The provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 "(Ammended-2009) for procurement of works will be binding upon the contractors.
