Tenderer must meet following minimum eligibility and qualification criteria including other criteria specified in ITT, TDS and Tender Submission Letter of Tender Documents: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 7 (Seven) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract(s) of similar nature Boundary wall or construction of high-raised building works, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(five) years under public sector organization, each with a value of at least Tk. 7.00 (seven) crore; (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 (ten) crore over the last 5(five) years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.0 Crore; (e) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 8.00 (eight) crore;
